Which Entity Will Be Used for Your Contract?
If you are a US-based client, your contract will be issued under Sparrow Intelligence LLC (USA)
If you are an EU or UK-based client, your contract will be issued under Sparrow Intelligence OÜ (Estonia)
For clients outside the US & EU, the applicable entity will be specified before onboarding
You will always be clearly informed which legal entity your agreement is signed with.
Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
